We will ship your order in a box or bubble mailer and safely wrapped up to avoid any damage.

We deliver to the Netherlands and Worldwide. The normal delivery time for the Netherlands is 1-3 working days. For Europe this is 3-8 working days and for the rest of the world 6-14 working days.

There can be a number of reasons why an order hasn’t arrived in the approximate time given on our shipping page. If your order has not been received 7 or more days from when it was dispatched then please contact us at where we can advise you on the next steps. 

The speed at which we can follow up with the shipping provider to either find the order or refund it will depend on the shipping option chosen.

Please note that items must be reported as missing within 40 days of being dispatched to you as we are unable to take any action on your behalf after this time.

Our webshop uses HTTPS (rather than just HTTP) in the URL. The “s” in HTTPS stands for secure, and it indicates that your data is encrypted during transmission by a certificate.

We do not process sensitive personal information, only the information to ensure that we can deliver your order. We always handle your personal data with care and keep them safe!

We are sorry that the item is damaged. You can contact us by mail and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.

We can’t guarantee that there will be no factory damaged cards inside sealed boxes and packs. If you are unhappy with the quality of cards received please contact the relevant card manufacturer. Excludes items that are damaged in shipping – see damaged packages.

You have the right to cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund.

We display our cards on our website with different images from different angles to show you how the corners, edges, surface and centering of the card is. We check the cards if they are genuine, but if you want to be absolutely sure we offer lots of graded cards from trustworthy Authentication & Grading Services like PSA, SGC, Beckett, TAG and many more.

We do not offer refunds for products that do not meet the manufacturer’s guaranteed or average insertion ratios. We do guarantee that all of our products are unsearched and have not been tampered with in any way. Our products come sealed. If you are unhappy with the contents of a product you purchase you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. We can assist you in this process by providing manufacturer contact information if required.

We offer multiple times a year great discounts and putting products on sale. for some cards there is a make offer button on the product details page, where you can put in an offer and we start the negotiation.
