Shippingcosts and returns


If you order before 4 p.m. we pack and ship the products that same day!
We will ship your order in a box or bubble mailer and safely wrapped up to avoid any damage.
All our orders are shipped from the Netherlands with DPD or PostNL.
We ship globally to most countries. If your country is missing please contact us so we find out if we ship to this country.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands:
€ 1,95 Economy Shipping without track & trace or
€ 3,95 with track & trace per order
free shipping order from € 200,-
Shipping costs for orders to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland and Spain:
€ 7,90 for parcel post, free shipping from € 400,-
Shipping costs for orders to rest of Europe including UK:
€ 12,90 for parcel post, free shipping from € 600,-
Shipping costs for orders to rest of World:
€ 19,90 for parcel post.

Delivery time

The current delivery time is stated for each product in our online store.

If your order is in stock, ordered on a working day before 4:00 PM and paid with a direct payment method such as iDeal, your order will in most cases be shipped the same day. Normally you will receive it the next day.

If you collect it yourself from the store, you will receive an email confirming when your order is ready for collection.

Sports Cards NL uses the following delivery times within the Netherlands when in stock: 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery to Belgium, Germany and most other countries of Europe usually is 2 – 5 working days.
Orders sent to the rest of the World will take 4 – 12 working days.



You will receive this code by email at the time of shipment.


Most items in this webshop are used previously and on these items we do not accept returns. 
If it’s a new product like our supplies, Funko POP!’s, boardgames you have the right to return them within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14)  days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bankaccount or creditcard statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned:

  •     Opened products
  •     Products damaged in transit
